Meet The Founder
Hello,
I'm Nihal Singh Luthra
I am designer trained in experience design with exposure to multiple studios and agency environments.
My journey began through hands-on studio practice during my undergraduate capstone and continued into my master's, where I worked both on-site and remotely with active client teams.
Through that time, I saw how agencies run day to day, how communication flows, how timelines are managed, and how decisions move from idea to delivery.
Floslate grows from this experience.
